Cafe Zimmer in Bamberg

Cozy little cafe at the foot of the former monastery. I ate the vegan delicious chocolate cake and enjoyed it with a hot chocolate. I felt very much at ease with the service being committed and dedicated. Thank you!

For us the best cake far and wide! We love the selection and also the specialty. The owner bakes everything herself and is also so personable. We always like to come.

Simply fantastic, the cakes, the coffee, the nice wait staff / owner, the furnishings, the large cups ... And for the children there is hot milk with honey, or cocoa.

Because we are up here on the mountain more often for family reasons, we sweeten our stay with a piece of cake from the CaféZimmer whenever possible. A great idea, by the way, if you want to take old family members for a short walk. My companion likes to drink a Prosecco. I'm more of a coffee type. We really like the friendliness and the ambience. If, like us, you like to sit outside and watch strangers strolling, this is the place for you. Because the tourists from Michaelsberg you have a precise view;)

A small café with a small but fine selection of hot and cold drinks and delicious pastries. The boss is extremely friendly, the prices more than moderate. The way out of Bamberg city center is really worthwhile. If you want, you can also take a look at the monastery construction site Michaelsberg and enjoy the panoramic view of Bamberg on the way back.

Beautiful café right on the monastery, small and cozy, so nice and quiet, so good selection, price absolutely great. I'm still upset not to have tried all the homemade cakes !! Great decor, very nice owner, a few nice little things that you can buy. If again in Bamberg, then definitely this cafe!

Great little cafe on Michaelsberg. The bus stops almost at the door. Very nice condition. Absolutely delicious hot chocolate and homemade cakes at very good prices. Reservations are recommended, as only about 15 people find space. We recommend. Gladly again.

Extremely cozy little cafe! Only about 20 seats. The self-baked cake and the hot (real) chocolate are a poem. The service is very friendly, the prices are moderate. It's worth a visit! It is best to call first if there is still a place available. You can also take the cake with you.
